How long does shipping take?Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of your order being placed. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We are shipping out directly from our warehouse overseas, this way we can lower on cost and be able to offer free shipping to everyone, so please be patient and allow up to 5-11 business days to the United States, Australia and UK, 12-25 business days to Canada, 12-30 business days for rest of the World. These times are estimates and in many cases, our shipments arrive faster than this.

Where is the rest of my order?
Your order can be shipped separately from different warehouses, to get your items to you as soon as possible. Not to worry though, they typically arrive separately within a few days of each other. If you do not receive the remainder of your order within the next 7 days please contact us.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you. If your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
