Due to the effects of COVID-19 there may be delays fulfilling your order. Please bear with us as we all try to adapt to this difficult situation.

How much is shipping?

We offer Free Worldwide Delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of your order being placed. Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We are shipping out directly from our warehouse overseas, this way we can lower on cost and be able to offer free shipping to everyone, so please be patient and allow up to 7-14 business days to the Australia and UK, 12-25 business days to United States and Canada, 12-30 business days for rest of the World. These times are estimates and in many cases, our shipments arrive faster than this.

* Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Please be aware that orders to the United States and Canada may encounter a shipping delay of 7-14 additional business days outside our normal shipping time due to COVID-19.

How can I track my order?

Just use the Track Order link in the main menu. Enter your email address and order number (which you received in your email) to view the current status of the order.

Where is the rest of my order?

Your order can be shipped separately from different warehouses, to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Not to worry though, they typically arrive separately within a few days of each other. If you do not receive the remainder of your order within the next 10 days please contact us.

I need to change something on my order, what should I do?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, we are happy to help you. If your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Can I cancel or refund my order?

NOTE:
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. You may return or exchange any items you do not wish to keep after you receive them.

We do not offer refunds while your order is in transit as it is already on the way to you. The refund will be provided once you return your order back.

Can I pay in my own currency?

All transactions are processed in USD and converted to your own currency by your credit card company according to the current exchange rate.

There is a currency selector on the site which can give you an estimate of the prices in your own currency. Once you proceed to the checkout, your shopping cart total will convert to USD.

Will I be charged for customs and import tax?

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged depending on your country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
