All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 14 days after you received your order. If your purchase does not match your expectation, you've accidentally received the wrong size, or if the item is defective, please contact us - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
Refund will be given in the following terms:
- You did not receive your order after 60 days from purchase;
- If the product arrived damaged;
- If you do not want to keep your order and would like to send it back paying and covering return shipping cost.
I returned some items. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, it will be checked to make sure it is unused and in resellable condition. Your refund will be issued shortly after and processed by your bank within 2-7 business days. Refunds can only be issued to the same credit card used when making the purchase.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again;
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted;
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted;
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return your product, you should mail us at email@example.com for more details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
